Location, location, location! McMinn County offers businesses the opportunity to be 45-minutes to both Knoxville and Chattanooga, and 2 ½ hours to Nashville and Atlanta. Businesses serving these major metropolitan areas can save time and money by opening a location in the center of it all.
As a debt-free county, McMinn also boasts of one of the lowest tax rates in the country and a cost of living that’s over 30% less than the national average. This savings makes it easier to enjoy everything the county has to offer such as an incredible arts scene, diverse restaurants, festivals and outdoor recreation like golf and whitewater rafting. Students of our county’s three colleges, young families and retirees say that McMinn County is the best place to call home. We invite businesses to join them and to Make It In McMinn.
