MADE Camp is a workforce development initiative focused on building awareness of manufacturing career opportunities among McMinn County's future workforce. The camp is designed to introduce students to the broad range of in-demand careers that support local industry and strengthen the region's long-term economic growth. MADE Camp helps students and families understand that manufacturing today is innovative, technology-driven, and offers stable, high-wage career paths that do not always require a four-year degree. By increasing early exposure to these careers, the camp supports local employers, strengthens talent pipelines, and reinforces the value of career and technical education (CTE) and skilled trades.
