The McMinn County Economic Development Authority (MCEDA) publicly owns three industrial parks that have everything any business could need to thrive! McMinn County is a proud participant in Tennessee’s Certified Sites Program, which is designed to prepare certified sites for corporate investment. This means that our county’s three industrial parks are designed and prepared for success.
All three industrial parks in McMinn County have rail service and are in close proximity to I-75. Both of which provide easy access to transportation of products to anywhere in the world. McMinn’s industrial parks include Interstate Industrial Park, Mt. Verd Industrial Park, North Etowah Industrial Park. 75 Regional Commerce Park is a business park that is also dedicated to industrial use.
