MADE Camp, a workforce development initiative serving students and the community, is seeking proposals from qualified videographers to support upcoming program storytelling and outreach efforts. The selected videographer will work with MADE Camp to capture high‑quality video footage that highlights hands‑on learning, student engagement, and workforce readiness activities. Video content will be used across MADE Camp’s website, social media platforms, presentations, and community outreach materials. Quality and clarity matter most, and we are looking for a partner who understands how to tell that story while working within a defined budget.
 

Project Focus

MADE Camp is primarily focused on:
  • Clear, well‑lit video footage
  • Clean, understandable audio
  • Professional editing that tells an authentic, straightforward story

Scope of Work

The selected videographer may be asked to assist with:
  • On‑site filming during MADE Camp activities
  • Short interviews with students, instructors, or partners
  • Editing and post‑production
  • Delivery of web‑ready video files
Expected deliverables may include a short highlight or overview video, along with brief clips suitable for social media use.
 

Budget & Timeline

MADE Camp is working within a limited budget and encourages proposals that demonstrate strong value and efficient use of resources.
All proposals must be submitted by May 13, 2026.
Submissions will be reviewed by a committee, with approval and selection taking place shortly after the deadline.
